Enrollment key permissions

Switch to admin mode if not there already.

Select 'KP-Account Management' from Admin activity selection pull down menu next to the company logo on top-left corner.

  1. Click ‘Settings’ from the left menu panel.
  2. Click 'Modify' link in ‘Enrollment Key Permission’ panel.
  3. Choose a course and specify maximum number of enrollment keys that can be generated by the program manager.

Enrollment keys are generated by Program Manager after the maximum limit is set by the KP-Account manager. View the enrollment key related paragraph in set and modify course properties page to know about steps involved in generating enrollment keys.

Please remember, enrollment key can be used by a user to enroll in a priced course without making a payment. Enrollment keys are generally used when money is collected through an off-line method and keys are handed over to let users enroll. Every time a user enrolls using an enrollment key, appropriate Quampus usage charges are levied on the Knowledge Partner.
