Learning tools and teacher allocation

Learning tools are the methods through which learning is imparted in the course. They include - study material, classroom discussion, assignment, assessment, forum, practice exercise, ask teacher (private messaging between teacher and learner) etc. They can be selected or de-selected at the discretion of the Program Manager.

Switch to admin mode if not there already.

Select 'Program Management' from Admin role selection pull down menu next to the company logo on top-left corner.

Click 'Course' from side menu and select a course.

  1. Click ‘Learning Tools and Teacher Allocation’ from the menu.
  2. All learning tools available are displayed. Some may be pre-selected, some may be disabled and some can be selected. Some tools require a teacher allocation.
  3. Select teachers or replace teachers for tools requiring a teacher allocation.
  4. Save your selection.
