This admin right is with the KP-account Manager by default and can be delegated by the KP-account Manager to any Individual Quampus Id holder.
Program Management activity involves management of subjects, courses, faculty members associated with courses and learners enrolled in the courses. Courses are created by using one or more subjects and associated subject matter. Subject matter include various kinds of content such as study material, assignment repository, assessment question bank, assessment question papers, practice exercises etc.
Program management activity also includes viewing and solving customer queries that are non-academic in nature.
The following sections are not part of Program Management activities, hence they are not part of the menu items under Program Management role. 'Admin reports' is accessible from admin role/activity selection pull-down menu. 'How do I..' section answers some basic questions that new program managers face.
