Delegation to other enrollment coordinators

Switch to admin mode if not there already.

Select 'KP Account Management' from Admin role selection pull down menu next to the company logo on top-left corner.

In order to delegate enrollment coordination authority to another user, you need the Quampus Id of the user and this Quampus Id must be of 'individual' type. You can add a new enrollment coordinator or delete an enrollment coordinator.

View current list of enrollment coordinators

  1. Click ‘Enrollment Coordinators’ menu on the left menu panel.
  2. View the current list of enrollment coordinators.
  3. Do any of the following activities : add new or delete.

Add new enrollment coordinator

  1. Input an Individual Quampus Id in the 'Add Enrollment Coordinator' panel.
  2. Click 'Add'.

Remove or delete enrollment coordinator

  1. Select the enrollment coordinator you want to remove.
  2. Click ‘Delete’.
