Customer queries

Switch to admin mode if not there already.

Select 'KP-Account Management' or 'Program Management' from Admin activity selection pull down menu next to the company logo on top-left corner.

Access all customer care requests or complaints logged in by users requiring your attention through this.

  1. Click 'Customer Queries' from the side menu.
  2. View the list of all pending customer care entries. Use filter condition to access specific types of queries.
  3. Respond to the queries.

User is notified through email when a specific query is answered. User can then view the complete response by accessing the customer care page.
