Switch to admin mode if not there already.
Select 'KP-Account Management' or 'Program Management' from Admin activity selection pull down menu next to the company logo on top-left corner.
Access all customer care requests or complaints logged in by users requiring your attention through this.
- Click 'Customer Queries' from the side menu.
- View the list of all pending customer care entries. Use filter condition to access specific types of queries.
- Respond to the queries.
User is notified through email when a specific query is answered. User can then view the complete response by accessing the customer care page.
