Steps to enroll in a course

Enrollment from course listing

A. If you have not Signed In:
  1. Click ‘Courses’ from top menu bar in www.quampus.com. If you are on a Learning Provider’s site, click the appropriate menu to access the list of learning services. Find the appropriate service.
  2. Click on the image to know more about the service and ‘Preview’ link (if available) to check sample contents in the preview page. Once you decide to enroll, click ‘Enroll’ button for the service.
  3. Sign in or create a new Quampus Id. After this you are redirected to the course details page.
  4. Verify all details and click ‘Enroll’ button again to start the enrollment process.
  5. Complete the enrollment steps mentioned. In case of priced services, if after a successful online payment, your service does not get enabled, send a customer care query and an administrator will complete your enrollment. If you have received an enrollment key, use it instead of making a payment to complete your enrollment.
  6. If off-line payment mechanism is enabled for the course and you want to use it, you will find instructions for the same after clicking 'Pay' button and selecting 'Off-line Payment' mode. Send payment as per instruction along with your User Id. When payment is received, your User Id will be credited. Either you will get enrolled automatically or you may have to use 'Enroll' button to complete your enrollment by using your account balance.

B. If you have Signed In:
  1. Click ‘Available Courses’ from top menu bar. Find the appropriate service.
  2. Click on the image to know more about the service and ‘Preview’ link (if available) to check sample contents in the preview page. Once you decide to enroll, click ‘Enroll’ button for the service.
  3. Verify all details and click ‘Enroll’ button again to start the enrollment process.
  4. Complete the enrollment steps mentioned. In case of priced services, if after a successful online payment, your service does not get enabled, send a customer care query and an administrator will complete your enrollment. If you have received an enrollment key, use it instead of making a payment to complete your enrollment.
  5. If off-line payment mechanism is enabled for the course and you want to use it, you will find instructions for the same after clicking 'Pay' button and selecting 'Off-line Payment' mode. Send payment as per instruction along with your User Id. When payment is received, your User Id will be credited.   4. Verify all details and click ‘Enroll’ button to start the enrollment process.

Direct enrollment by coordinator

  1. Sign in using the Quampus Id and Password.
  2. Access your course from the Learning Center.

Invitation from coordinator of sponsor

  1. Click the link from the invitation email received.
  2. Sign in and click 'Proceed to Enroll' to start the enrollment process. (Or click 'Reject' to terminate the enrollment process)
  3. Complete the enrollment steps mentioned. In case of priced services, if after a successful online payment, your service does not get enabled, send a customer care query and an administrator will complete your enrollment. If you have received an enrollment key, use it instead of making a payment to complete your enrollment.

OR

  1. Sign in and identify the service marked as 'Incomplete Enrollment' from the Learning Center.
  2. Click 'Proceed to Enroll' link.
  3. Complete the enrollment steps mentioned. In case of priced services, if after a successful online payment, your service does not get enabled, send a customer care query and an administrator will complete your enrollment. If you have received an enrollment key, use it instead of making a payment to complete your enrollment.
