Delegation to other program managers

In order to delegate program management authority to another user, you need the Quampus Id of the user and this Quampus Id must be of 'individual' type. You can add a new program manager, replace an existing program manager by another for specific responsibility areas and delete a program manager.

A program manager already managing some resources can be deleted only after being replaced by another.

View current list of program managers

  1. Go to ‘Admin’ > ‘KP Account Management’ > ‘Program Managers’.
  2. View the current list of program managers.
  3. Do any of the following activities : Add new, delete or replace.

Add new program manager

  1. Click ‘Add new’ to add a new program manager. Input an Individual Quampus Id.

Remove or delete program manager

  1. Select the program manager you want to remove.
  2. Click ‘Delete’.

A program manager who is already managing some resources cannot be removed, use replace option in such case before deleting.

Replace program manager

  1. Select the program manager.
  2. Click ‘Replace’.
  3. Input new program manager’s Quampus Id and confirm.

Replace program manager for a specific responsibility

  1. Select the program manager.
  2. Click ‘Replace in steps’.
  3. Select an option of replacement from out of subject, course, all and input new program manager’s Quampus Id and confirm.
