Manage topics format study material content

Upload ‘Topics Format’ content

  1. Go to ‘Admin’ > ‘Program Management’ > ‘Subject’
  2. Select the subject.
  3. Click ‘Study Material’ for the subject.
  4. Click ‘Add Chapter’ link to make a new chapter. To break a chapter into multiple topics, click ‘Add Topic’ link by expanding the chapter (click + for this). If you want to mark a chapter or topic as special you can do so here. By marking it special you can control if it should be visible to the learners of a course which uses this subject through the appropriate Learning Tool selection in the course.
  5. While you are inputting a new chapter or a new topic under a chapter, you can upload content to this by going to the ‘Content’ panel and selecting a content type.

Replace or remove study material content

  1. Go to ‘Admin’ > ‘Program Management’ > ‘Subject’
  2. Select the subject.
  3. Click ‘Study material’ for the subject.
  4. Click the chapter or topic for which you wish to replace or remove the content.
  5. Go to the content panel.
  6. Select the content you want to replace or remove by choosing a content type.
  7. Upload new content or delete content.

Edit the chapter-topic names, their positions and type for the subject

  1. Go to ‘Admin’ > ‘Program Management’ > ‘Subject’
  2. Select the subject.
  3. Click ‘Study material’ for the subject.
  4. Click the chapter or topic.
  5. Modify it, change its position and type. Save when done.
