This admin right is with the KP-account Manager by default and can be delegated by the KP-account Manager to any Individual Quampus Id holder.

Program Management activity involves management of subjects, courses, faculty members associated with courses and learners enrolled in the courses. Courses are created by using one or more subjects and associated subject matter. Subject matter include various kinds of content such as study material, assignment repository, assessment question bank, assessment question papers, practice exercises etc.

Program management activity also includes viewing and solving customer queries that are non-academic in nature.

This is a very important admin activity.
